You can now access your teaching qualifications using a new service. It will replace the teacher self-service portal by the end of January 2024.

Teacher reference number (7 digits without spaces, eg 1234567)

Find a lost teacher reference number (TRN)

Surname

Forename

Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)

If you've lost your teacher reference number (TRN)

If you've lost your TRN, you can:

use the Find a lost TRN service to get your TRN straight away
check your payslip, pension statement or teacher training records

Overseas teachers with QTS

For overseas teachers with QTS, please enter your name exactly as shown on the email confirming your QTS award.
